Timeframe: we will need a minimum of 3 weeks depending on the design. For more urgent requests you can email us on info@goldanadesigns.com and we will review your urgent custom order request. You may be subject to an emergency fee on your request.
Custom design process
Consultation:
During this phase, we'll discuss the design details of your dress and take precise measurements for your custom order. This step ensures clarity on the design process and enables us to tailor the garment to your specifications.
Sample Fitting:
After obtaining your measurements, we'll commence the construction of your garment. You'll then attend an initial fitting session where we'll review the progress. This allows for any necessary adjustments and ensures the functionality and aesthetics of the garment meet your expectations.
Final Fitting:
The third and final fitting is to confirm your satisfaction with the design. Once approved, you'll be ready to collect your garment.
Customer Fitting - UK Only:
Upon placing your order, please email us at info@goldanadesigns.com to schedule a fitting appointment, providing your order number and name. You'll receive a confirmation of the fitting location 24 hours prior to your appointment, which typically lasts no longer than 20 minutes.
During the fitting, precise measurements will be taken to ensure a perfect fit and to tailor the design according to your body type, ensuring your confidence in wearing the garment.
Fittings are by appointment only, so please email us to secure your slot. Your order will be ready the following working day. Fittings do not affect standard delivery times unless you opt for express delivery. They are complimentary and recommended for clients unsure of their sizes.
Design fees : cover various aspects including CAD design, fabric sourcing, pattern marking, garment construction, and fittings, starting at a minimum price of £350 depending on the design.
