Do I need my measurements to place an order ?

You do not need to know your measurements to place an order. Although all items are made-to-order you can simply place an order with your standard size. All sizes are UK sizes (see size guide). 

 

 

How can I place a custom order ? 

You can place an order with your standard size and then contact us at : info@goldanadesigns.com with your order number and your measurements. Custom orders are currently free of charge and its a service we strongly recommend to all of ours clients in-between sizes or that need certain adjustments to their piece. To place a customer order you will be instructed to provide the certain measurements which are: bust, waist and hips. 

Once these measurements have been received we will then proceed to processing your custom order. Custom orders will not impact the delivery time it would just processed as normal with the chosen delivery option i.e standard or express. 

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been place you should receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your order will then be processed and once the item has been finalised you will then receive another will with your tracking reference. 

Standard UK - Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order 

Express UK - Please allow 1 working day to process your order.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we ship to most countries outside of the UK. Local rate should be calculated at the checkout. For international express shipping please contact us at: info@goldanadesigns.com

 

How can I contact you ?

Will I have to pay taxes & Duties on top of my order ? 

Goldana designs is not liable for any customs clearance fees in your country. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing it to your country. You should contact your local courier and proceed with the given instructions.  

What do I do if I put the wrong address?

When putting the wrong address, you should immediately contact us with the correct address if your order hasn't been shipped yet. 

We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels during shipping. Therefore its extremely important that you put the correct details when placing your order. 

Do you provide customer fitting services ?

Customer fitting - UK only 

 

Once your order is placed you can send an email to: info@goldanadesigns.com. Requesting a fitting for your order. You will need to provide your order number and your name.

You will receive a confirmation of the fitting location 24 hours prior to your appointment. The appointment will be no longer than 20 mins. During the appointment, precise measurements will be taken in order to ensure your design fits well. Fittings also ensure that the design is suited to your body type and most importantly makes sure you are confident wearing it.

 

Fittings are by appointment only so email us to book your appointment. Your order will be ready within the next working day.

Fitting does not affect the delivery time unless the order is processed as an express delivery. Fittings are free of charge and they are recommended to all of our Clients that are unsure of their sizes.
